Inchcape Shipping Services (ISS) Kertih office premises are located at Kampung Besut, Cukai approximately 30 minutes from Kertih Port by road and 10 minutes from Kemaman Port. It was officially launched on 01 June, 2010 handling 2 main ports and all offshore terminals in the east coast of West Malaysia. It is also the main port for all oil, gas and petrochemical activities in West Malaysia.

Kertih is a town in the district of Kemaman in southern Terengganu, Malaysia, about 30 km or 20 minutes drive north of Chukai. It is the base of operations for Petronas in Terengganu, overseeing the oil platform operations off the state's coast as well as petrochemicals production and crude oil refining in nearby Paka. Kertih is also a base for petrochemical refining and has a chemical export terminal.

Kertih is served by Kertih Airport, which is a small airport catering mostly for helicopter flights to offshore oil platforms and charter plane flights for Petronas staff to Sultan Abdul Aziz Shah Airport near Kuala Lumpur. The Ma'Daerah turtle sanctuary is also nearby.

Kemaman port focuses on heavy industries, particularly in trading steel production and is one of the main iron ore ports in Malaysia. It also handles petrochemical cargoes and is the main offshore supply base for the east coast of West Malaysia activities.

Kemaman is situated in the district of Terengganu, Malaysia on the coast of the South China Sea and is bordered by Dungun to the north and the state of Pahang to the south. It is home to the deepest seaport in Malaysia and houses the only supply base for offshore vessels for West Malaysia. It also has a liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) export terminal managed by Petronas, situated at Tanjung Sulong. Other traditional industries include fishing and salted fish manufacturing. These produces are exported throughout Malaysia and also to Singapore.
